Hello, hello!
Pins are here and they look amazing!!! This pin set will automatically be sent with all Mini plush to replace the mugs. I am so sorry for the delay! The company had to product nearly 1500 pins and they worked as fast as they could.
PayPal did NOT side with me with the dispute with the mugs and it is honestly so heart breaking. That is nearly $3,000 from Kickstarter Funds that a company ran away with.. I cannot apologize enough for the issues. I paid out of pocket to fund the pins to replace the mugs so I really hope they will make everyone smile.
MakeThatThing has already begun shipping the remaining orders! :) Only about 30% of orders remain and they are getting to them as fast as they can. Thank you all so much for being so patient!

PIN UPDATES!
First of all, thank you all SO much for your patience! You all have been so incredibly patient and sweet and I cannot thank you all enough. I seriously cannot ask for better backers. You all ROCK! My factory says that pins are currently in plating and they are moving onto color. They should be done in the next few days and will ship with 1-2 shipping, woo! Once they show photos, I will make another update. I am waiting for the mug factory to refund me but until then (fingers crossed that Paypal sides with me!), I am paying out of pocket for nearly 1400 replacement pins, to show you my thanks for being so understanding for the broken mugs.

Mug Dilemma! Replacement pins! + Photos!

Hello, everyone!
I apologize from the bottom of my heart but the mugs cannot be replaced. I am so disappointed in the company that made our mugs and I am currently fighting for a refund. So far, I have no development but I am hoping PayPal will take my side.
In the mean time, I've decided to pay out of my own pocket (close to $1000) to get replacement pins made! The design is below. This A PIN SET! It comes with TWO pins, one of Anxiety Fox and one of the "hello" word bubble! Everyone who has ordered a mug will have these replace the mug. These pins are currently in production and should be done in 10 days. Once they come, I will show photos and immediately alert you all!
The mini plush look AMAZING so don't worry, you are still getting those!
If you would like to order a pin too, you are welcome to! I need to know how much people are interested in ordering them before opening up orders. They may be shipped separately from my fulfillment center. Please comment below if you're interested in ordering a pin set!

MakeThatThing is handling 100% of the shipping and handling. Due having to fulfill over 1,100 orders, some hiccups are happening. I deeply apologize if you have received your order and there are some issues! Missing items? Wrong items? PLEASE let me know! I will alert MakeThatThing immediately so they can ship off any missing items. Don't worry! All items will be shipped off to you. Of course, you don't need to worry about any shipping costs. They'll take care of it!

Shipment has begun! MakeThatThing has already went through half of the orders! Wow! They are so much faster than me and I am so thankful for their speediness! Some backers has already begun receiving their packages and are sharing some adorable photos!

MUGS!
We are currently working with the mug manufacturer and seeing if a full refund or reorder is best for their poor shipment on the mugs. In the team time, I will be designing a new enamel pin! These will be sent to all backers who ordered the mug. We REALLY hope we can get the mugs replaced but if we can't, I am praying that the new pin will be enough to satisfy the disappointment. I apologize for the inconvenience and I feel beyond terrible. A source has vouched for this company and used them before and it is heartbreaking that I have received such a terrible batch of mugs. The enamel pin will be able to be purchased by any backer as well!
